Hyaltech has state-of-the-art manufacturing equipment and highly trained personnel for formulation, aseptic syringe filling, terminal sterilisation and packaging which enables the company to offer contract manufacturing according to customers specific requirements.
The company has developed manufacturing processes for the formulation of sterile hyaluronan products and is using that experience to collaborate with customers to design processes, including a full validation programme, for a range of materials.
Aseptic syringe filling, product packaging vacuum filling if appropriate, into a range of syringe formats is carried out in compliance with ISO13408. Terminal sterilisation by moist heat can be provided in accordance with SO 17665.
Syringe labelling, Tyvek® lidded blister packing and cartoning can all be included in the manufacturing process with full batch marking as required. All stages of the manufacturing process are controlled to ensure that the customer’s specifications are met.
The company operates a quality system that will ensure compliance with the regulatory requirements associated with contract manufacturing.
